I’m happy to say that Heidi, Matt and I had a wonderful dinner. Of course a few hours is not enough time to catch up after 27 years. After all, I last saw Heidi when she was five! After figuring out my way around the Washington DC subway we landed at Chef Geoff’s restaurant and enjoyed a great conversation, great drink and a great steak.
It would take too much space to try and explain how much Aunt Janet meant to me. To see Heidi, and learn what a wonderful woman she has become (and has been for so long), I am deeply touched. She and Matt are amazing people.
